On the second floor, the window-to-wall ratio is maximized, allowing residents to enjoy breathtaking mountain views. The third floor is a complex space that houses a bedroom and a private sauna, enveloped in wood to provide stability and tranquility. The use of wood throughout the design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The first floor of The Light Realm features a captivating SPA area with a wavy canopy that combines with the neatness of light bands, creating an atmosphere of unrestrained quality. The realization of The Light Realm involved the use of high-quality materials and advanced technologies. Italian imported wooden floors, titanium-plated iron parts, a customized fireplace, marble, stainless steel kitchenware, and architectural concrete were meticulously chosen to bring the designer's vision to life.

With a total area of 132 square meters spread across three floors, The Light Realm offers a well-thought-out layout. The first floor houses the SPA area, a garage, a living room, and a dining room. The second floor features a 66 square meter outdoor terrace, complete with an indoor barbecue and cooking area for entertaining guests. The third floor is a private space, comprising a bedroom, a dressing room, and saunas.

The Light Realm can be tagged as an exceptional example of interior design, residential architecture, and innovative building techniques. Its seamless integration of nature, modernity, and functionality creates a harmonious living environment.
